Custom & private label
Your own lace design, made on our machines
Brands that want a lace nobody else has, or a colour that matches their fabric exactly, develop it with us. Because the machines are ours, development is fast and the repeat order is always available.

Development
From sketch to roll
- Step 1
Brief
Send a sketch, photo, sample or a description: width, edge style, motif, colours and the garment it goes on.
- Step 2
Design & punching
Our team draws the design and prepares it for the shuttle machine, keeping the repeat and the scallop sewable.
- Step 3
Strike-off
A short machine run in one or two colours for your approval. Changes are made before bulk.
- Step 4
Lab dips
Custom colours are dyed to your Pantone or swatch and approved before production.
- Step 5
Production
Your design runs in the agreed colours and quantity, checked roll by roll.
- Step 6
Exclusivity
Custom designs can be reserved for your brand for an agreed period and market.

Is there a development charge?
Development and strike-off costs depend on the design and are quoted with the brief. They are usually offset against the first bulk order.
How long does a custom design take?
Design preparation and a strike-off are typically done within a short time of the brief; bulk lead time is confirmed on the quotation.
Will you keep my design exclusive?
Yes, for custom-developed designs we agree an exclusivity window and market in writing.
Have a sample you want copied or improved?
Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible.
