What we collect

When you send a quote or contact request we receive the details you type (name, company, email, phone, country, requirement) and any file you attach. Our server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for security.

How we use it

Only to answer your request and, if you order, to process and ship the order. We do not sell your details or send newsletters. Requests are emailed to our sales mailbox and kept for as long as the business relationship needs.

Third parties

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data to protect it. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the privacy terms of WhatsApp apply. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits; no advertising trackers are used.
